If you’re visiting an Atlanta strip club… you’d better leave your cameras at home. English folk group Mumford & Sons learned this lesson the hard way Tuesday night. According to TMZ, “…the band had just performed at ATL’s Centennial Olympic Park and decided to hit up the famous Clermont Lounge to celebrate. It was karaoke night, and we’re told band member Ben Lovett took the stage to belt out a few tunes.”
So, naturally Lovett’s buddies and band mates whipped out their camera phones and decided to film the impromptu concert. Oops. “Strip club officials freaked out, demanding they put their phones away (per the club’s strict rules),” TMZ reported.
So we’re got strippers, celebrities, and booze… I’m sure you can guess what happened next. Lovett got upset and started yelling at the DJ. Then, “… other band members chimed in at that point, cursing out the strip club staff–so the manager kicked the whole group out,” TMZ clarified.
