Billionaire Microsoft mogul Bill Gates wants you to wear a condom and he’s going to give $100,000 to the person who can design the new prophylactic. According to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Grand Challenges website they’re looking for “the next generation condom that significantly preserves or enhances pleasure, in order to improve uptake and regular use.”
The Gates’ Foundation wants to focus on creating a condom that doesn’t decrease pleasure so that men are more likely to use it. The ultimate goal is to see if increased condom use can prevent “unplanned pregnancies” and help “in prevention of infection with HIV or other STIs.”
The $100,000 grant will fund a startup allowing for the new condom design to be perfected, produced, and tested. If the innovation is successful there could be significantly more funding in the future.
Do you have an idea that could revolutionize the world of safe sex? Innovators are invited to submit an application (it’s only two pages y’all!) detailing their fresh take on the condom.

Being constantly bombarded by pop-culture hoopla, it’s often difficult to grab our attention. Until we get a message that begins, “Sex on Valentine’s Day is about as expected as turkey on Thanksgiving.” Well played, Fever Stimulation Beverage. Well played.
Fever is an all-natural, libido enhancing drink designed to stimulate the body’s senses. And to what do we have to thank for this “Viagra in a canister”? Amazonian sex leaves of course.
The clavo huasca leaf, which is indigenous to the Amazon rainforest, is a libido booster found in Fever. Other leaves native to the rainforest include one that promotes endurance for an all-night love session, and another that acts as an aphrodisiac.
So if you’re looking to spice it up this year, grab a bottle of Fever – the grade A sex juice of Valentine’s Day.
The makers of Fever recommend using it as a cocktail mixer and they’ve provided a couple of handy recipes to set the mood.
Fever’s French Kiss
1 ½ oz. Champagne
1 oz. Fever Strawberry + Kiwi
½ oz. Cointreu
1 ½ oz. Fever Pineapple + Coconut
1 oz. Ciroc Red Berry Vodka
½ oz. Cointreau
½ oz. Champagne

Luxury doesn’t have to stop at your apparel, automobile, or home. Two French aristocrats have figured out a way to bring luxury into the bedroom – and we’re not talking about diamond-embossed bed posts.
Prince Charles Emmanuel de Bourbon Parme and Count Gil de Bizemont (seriously) are introducing what they claim is the first luxury condom available in the U.S. – The Original Condom.
If the packaging is any indication of the product, then it must be high end. The Original Condom comes in an extravagant black box with gold lettering and black velvet interior lining. The makers were looking to jazz up the responsibility of the safe sex process and create a condom one would be proud to display on their nightstand.
Better yet, The Original Condom Company is based in (naturally) Condom, France. Those are credentials we can get behind.
Shoppers may choose from The Pocket (3 condoms), priced at $13.50, to The Regular (box of six, priced at $20), and the refill of 12 priced at $24.
